BTW, a little off topic, but of interest is that Imunify AV is identifying 5 files in jamroom as infections: 1) modules/jrSystemTools-release-1.1.0/tools/ffmpeg; 2) modules/jrSystemTools-release-1.1.0/tools/tifig; 3) modules/jrSystemTools-release-1.2.0/tools/ffmpeg; 4) modules/jrSystemTools-release-1.2.0/tools/tifig; and 5) modules/ujPhantom-release-1.1.0/contrib/phantomjs-2.1.1-linux-x86_64/bin/phantomjs. I had read a while back that ffmpeg had some exploits... Any thoughts?

Love you Brian... the original .htaccess file was untouched, so I just removed the index.php fake file, and I'm up and running. Thanks again for the save. I've been up for 24 hours putting 29 sites back together. Hope all is well with you!!!!!!!! Thanks again~!

Yes! Found it. It's up t jrCore-release-6.5.13. So, I must have version 6.5.13. What do I do in the root directory to get the site to run? there is no index.php file there now.

Brian, I am not seeing your response that was emailed here for some reason... I was expecting to see your reply. "Hi Elliot - sorry you're dealing with this! Jamroom does not use an index.php file for versions 5 and on - what version of Jamroom are you restoring?" I THINK IM IN VERSION 5 but not sure.

I was hacked, and although I managed to keep everything, I did lose 1 file (this is confirmed). I need to replace index.php in my root to open my JamRoom. Is there anyway to do this without having to reinstall the whole thing... In other words, I just need that index.php file and I'm set. Please help.
