Make sure your using the latest versions of the Site Builder modules, I'm not seeing an issue on my dev site.

Make sure your skin settings have those check boxes checked in the profile tab.

The templates modified are
index.tpl - changed the tag cloud height
header_menu_desktop.tpl - Rearranged to accommodate new float settings.
profile_header.tpl - Changed to fix the profile side from showing while on the forum page.
The align-left class was moved from the header.css to the image.css
And the float adjustments were done in the menu.css file.
You should be able to use the compare tool to find the actual changes in these files.

profile faq does not show pager

I've got an update for this module, note that since the FAQ's are listed by category, you may want to separate your questions into separate categories. The questions themselves will not paginate but it should show up to 50 questions per category. FAQ categories will paginate.
If you have more than 50 FAQ entries, you may want to consider using the doc module instead.

That should work as long as you have the language strings in your skins/jrElastic/lang/en-US.php file and you have created the index_list_playlist.tpl file in your skins/jrElastic directory.
Site Builder Menu Wrong Way Round

Just a note, there is no need to reverse the order in the header_menu_mobile.tpl file, just the header_menu_desktop.tpl file.
I'll have a fix for this in the next skin release.
