I use to use nothing but crimson editor, very primitive and no debug features that I know of. Switched to PHPStorm when we started JR5 and haven't looked back since.

If you do not have the Simple Custom Forms module installed and activated, then the form/contact_us URL will not work.

I've put a check in all the skins footer.tpl file to use the skins contact_us.tpl file if the custom forms module is not active.

It looks like this:

From the jrNova/footer.tpl file:

                        {if jrCore_module_is_active('jrCustomForm')}
                            <a href="{$jamroom_url}/form/contact_us">{jrCore_lang  skin=$_conf.jrCore_active_skin id="68" default="Contact Us"}</a>

You'll also want to make sure you have the latest contact_us.tpl file.

He doesn't have enough disk space to do an import... not sure what to do about that except let him know that an import is not going to work on his server without freeing up some disk space.

I'm not sure if the conversion is working or the import even worked. the site is only showing part of the home page and the rest of the links are blank pages. No errors showing except the import errors below:

That was the issue, all of the files in the JR4 Export Module have comment closing issues.

I'm getting this error too:

Unterminated comment starting line 2 in /home/pekard/public_html/jrExport.php on line 2

Client Site Import

For some reason I'm not able to get the import module to connect to the JR4 site.

On the JR4 site, when I set the key in the settings section, the key does not show in the field after a successful save.
