That screenshot was from desktop. Really hard to say what the issue is without seeing it or reproducing it.

To be honest, I can't stand using any other browser other than FF. Chrome is the new IE and just as bad a browser in my opinion.

Anyway, I'm glad things got sorted with the Vimeo issue.

I'm not seeing that issue, this is what I see.

Try adding the tags form and input to your allowed field.

Using Jamroom

The top field it the links URL the second field is the text you want to make a link.

Are you saying that you can't put text in the second field?

Make sure the profile your adding the HTML code too is allowed all HTML tags.

Core > System Core > Quota Config

Be sure to select the quota your trying to add the code to and the Allowed All HMTL box is checked.
