You can turn caching off by going to ACP > Core > Global Config and setting the default cache seconds field to 0. You can also go to ACP > Tools > Developer Tools > Global Config and check the run in developer mode check box and save settings.

Your site may run a little slower but you won't have to wait for the cache timer while developing.

Check your jrGroupDiscuss/templates/item_list.tpl, that should be where that count is coming from, I'm not seeing an issue so you might make sure you've got the latest version of that module.

Tag Cloud items for Profiles?

Since the profile page is not using any Site Builder templates, checking the Profile Tag Cloud check box in your Skin Settings > Profile tab should make the Tag Cloud show for profiles.

As long as your using the latest Ningja version for your custom skin.

If you are using the site builder modules, you'll want to edit the item_list.tpl, not the index.tpl.

Form Designer - Having Trouble In Video Module

Make sure you've created the fields in the create, modify and if you need to album forms. You may have only created one in your modify from and can't see it in the create form.

You might also try clearing your cache.
