You will need to create something custom for this.

The current PayPal modules does not support this and there aren't any plans for adding it in since the FoxyCart modules will do this already.

I see an album price field and a price field for individual tracks.

Make sure your running the latest jrAudio module and that you have activated the jrFoxyCartBundle module.

I'm not sure what you mean by cache settings. If you mean the timer, its in the ACP > Core > Global Config section.

To clear the cache, run the Clear Cache Tool in the ACP > Core > Tools section.
