It is odd because I've never used Electric as a File tag and it wasn't there until I added the actual "File" tag.

Hmm, its not showing for me now either, very odd.
I remember you saying that we should not use our dev site with the Market Place or install modules via the Market Place on our dev site, is that correct?
I'm thinking about creating a test site on localbandz.com for testing the market place features and changing my dev site back to GIT files only... is that how we should be doing it?

Yeah, I reloaded it again and I'm still seeing the message.
What is odd is the fields it is asking for are not visible in the Market Place Global Config section.
