I'm not seeing this on my install, try running the Integrity Check tool, Admin > Core > System Core > Tools > Integrity Check ( /core/integrity_check ) and then the Reset Cache tool, Admin > Core > System Core > Tools > Reset Caches ( /core/cache_reset )

There is an "Enable Reset Tool" checkbox in the ACP > Developer > Developer Tools > Global Config > Developer Settings tab.

Make sure to run the integrity check after setting this skin, it will add some fields to the profile modify section. Or at least it should.
