It will be added in the next Core release shortly. You'll need to edit a couple of templates to exclude the download button from specified quotas. Will explain fully when the update is released.

Thanks Strum - It looks like the template is using the profile_url of the topic creator and not the forum (the-jamroom-network). We'll get that fixed up.

Tip - When developing set the 'Run in Developer Mode' option to disable caching and to see your changes immediately - ACP=>Developer=>Developer Tools=>Global Config
