How many users do you have?
Are you using the Kickbox free account? That will only test 100 emails a day so puzzled that you say 'every' email, unless you have less than 100, that is.
If you want, send us your admin login so that we can take a look.

Soundcloud playback counts are skyhigh?

Actually, there is no way to know if an embedded player like soundcloud has been played so the play counter is incremented every time the page is viewed on the assumption that the player is likely set to 'auto play' anyway.
Not ideal, I know!!

If reseting the site completely and doing a full Ning import using this method, be sure to clear the /data/media/0/0/Ning_Media folder as NIng media files imported this way have a different naming format and you might end up with a load of redundent files from previous import(s) taking up disk space.

Currently our conversion servers are only automatically enabled for sites using out hosting but let me know when you have done your final import and I'll temporarily hook you up to them (I'll need your admin and FTP logins to do this).
We did plan once to offer conversion services to non JR hosted sites as a subscription service. Might that be something you'd be interested in, going forward, or can your server handle user video conversions itself? I imagine that there would not be that many on your site so maybe that is the case.

Remember that when you do your final Ning import you can now set it to grab media files directly from the Ning servers so you only need the 'non-local' Ning archive json files. That should make the whole process a lot quicker.

The only disabled/greyed our buttons I see are against my own name, which is correct, of course.
Are you, as an admin, seeing greyed out buttons against other non-admin users?

The default folder name is Ning_Archive so that is why it worked when you renamed your folder to that. If you had change the folder name to your original in the NingImport config section it would have worked (though I tend never to use spaces in any server folder or file names - I'm not sure that Linux handles them that well!!).

Anyways, glad its sorted. Looking forward to seeing your site and how well the Ning3 members pick up on it.

TIP - Install and setup the Kickbox module now so that it can be checking that all your member emails are valid for when you send out the passwords. Mailgun can get upset and block you as a spammer if it gets a lot of bounces from a mass emailing.

It needs to be created in the Jamroom root folder (alongside the /data, /skins and /modules folders).
Make sure that whatever you call this folder you set 'Ning Archive Directory' in the NingImport config section the same, and that the CSV file is actually named 'memberdata.csv'.
