Jamroom Sites Slow on Dedicated Server

Both the WP and JR sites load pretty quick for me, but for the JR site, check the logs in the ACP Dashboard to see if there are any 'slow query' warnings, or any other warnings or errors.
Working with files in form designer?

Adding a 'File' field to a create or update form allows you upload a file the same as you would upload an image, audio or video file. Dependent upon the file type, it would then be available to view, play or download. Uploading a *.tpl file doesn't make it available to use as a skin or module template. To do that, either create the file and add its content using the ACP template editors, or upload the file directly to the server using FTP.

Video Not Converting

The Video works 'plug and play' on many hundreds of Jamroom sites. If it passes all the Jamroom checks outlined above, then its likely to be a server issue, so you (or your hosts) need to check the server logs as detailed.
Note that video conversions are very server intensive and sometimes hosting companies will have configured their servers to detect a user's high demand on resources, and kill that process. This will happen particularly on shared servers.
If you do not want to persue this further, we can credit you the cost of the Video module.

Problems creating a no smiley quota
Using Jamroom
Clone the ‘no smiley’ from the quota the profile is currently in and not as a new quota. Then disable smileys for the new quota. That way the new quota will maintain all other functionality.

Look in the template that is showing those charts and find the 'jrCore_list' call that is displaying them. It'll start with something like this -
