Using Jamroom

Sorry but still not sure what your issue is.
Are you saying that when viewing the created profile the Audio button is showing? If not, how are you viewing the its audio upload form?
Yes, send the user login details, along with the admin login and and site url. Also detail the exact steps you are doing to see this.
Thanks

Notifications by quota

Jamroom Developers

This isn't supported by default in Jamroom modules, but you say this is a custom module so it may be possible to code for this in the module itself.

I'm not seeing this. Its working as expected on my site.
When creating the profile did you select the 'no audio' quota for it?
Also, are you sure you are viewing the created quota and not your own?
(Sorry if these are basic questions, but need to be sure).

Audio Files not getting processed and player not loading.

Design and Skin Customization

Email the url of an audio page showing that message, along with your admin login to support[at]jamroom[dot]net and we'll take a look.

Installation and Configuration

As Strumelia says, if you're running version 6 you are going to need the System Tools module.
Something is wrong somewhere. Send the site url and admin login to support[at]jamroom[dot]net and we'll take a look.
Thanks

Excluding items from site timeline

Using Jamroom

Actually scratch the last idea. Jamroom doesn’t support the updating of timeline entries.

Excluding items from site timeline

Using Jamroom

There is only one timeline data store so if an item on it is deleted it is gone for all listings.
If there are specific rules for it not showing on the main page it may be possible to implement them in the template call.
Another idea would be to add an admin only checkbox field to the timeline item. Then you’d just check that and not delete. The main page template could then only show entries that were not checked.

Excluding items from site timeline

Using Jamroom

The best way would be to try to exclusions by adding search parameters to the timeline list call on the main page. What do you want to exclude?

Using Jamroom

There is no 'hard' limit on the number of members a Jamroom site can have, but as Michael says above, the limit will be your server size and performance. If you have a few dozen members all online at the same time, all viewing videos (say) a small server will struggle to 'serve' them all. This isn't a Jamroom limitation, but a general statement for all servers and all CMS software packages.
Hosted Jamroom servers will perform better than third party shared servers as they are 'dedicated', i.e.. one server just for your site(s), and configured specifically for Jamroom.
Hope that makes sense.
