I understand what you are saying but this isn't an inconsistency, as such, but is consistent with the way Jamroom is structured modularly.
When you view a list of a profile's photo albums and click on one of the photos, you are taken to 'a detail' page, but that of the Photo Albums module, not that of the Gallery module. If you then click on the photo you are then taken to the Gallery module detail page.
Hope that makes sense and appreciate that its not what you are expecting or want for your site, but as you know, Jamroom is very flexible and can be made to do this. However, the information needed for this by the PhotoAlbum list template is not available to it and some extra work to provide it would be needed either at a template level to grab the extra data, or at a module level in order to provide it directly.
If the way the module works by default is unacceptable to you let me know and I'll investigate further to see what needs to be done.

Using Jamroom
As described above, this can be done by searching the user datastore for master and profile admin users. There's a modify button next to each user shown in the results where you can change that user's status. Agreed that this is not a single click solution but as this is not something that regularly needs changing on sites, it is an acceptable solution.
If however you do need this view of all master and profile admins it would need to be something custom that could be achieved with SiteBuilder or a skin template.

Have just looked at your database and user Judith is following that discussion, even though she is not a group member, so can only assume that in the past she was a member.
However, to resolve this, particularly after this latest release, I'll add a verification function to the module that is run upon an Integrity Check to clean up any of these anomolies.

Using Jamroom
The option to give many users Master/Profile Admin status with one click is a bad idea as every one of them would then have the means to break, or even delete your site, either accidentally or deliberately. Giving such privileges needs to be carefully considered and even the biggest Jamroom sites that I know of only have a small number of Master Admins, with most just having the one.
This is why its best to grant Master Admin status to users individually to trusted users only.

Are you in the correct DataStore Browser and have entered the search data in the correct format?
ACP=>Users=>Users=>Tools=DataStore Browser
Enter 'user_group:master' into the search field and click on the Search button.
