form fields not holding values

Using Jamroom

This is strange. I have a client who is entering information into forms where the values are not holding. It's inconsistent and when she told me a few weeks ago I thought it was user error. I told her to be doubly-sure she was hitting submit and the form was returning a success message.

Now today, she's calling with the same issue and has seen a few different cases. She says yesterday, she and her assistant were looking at one item's form values, going over the information, discussing it, etc. Then today, she went back to check on something and the fields are blank.

I've never encountered this, but I think at this point, what she's seeing seems to be accurate and not user error.

So what might cause something like this?

issue tracker not notifying profile owners

Using Jamroom

If you create a profile and assign it to an existing user it appears that user is not notified of issue tracker item events created in that profile.

Issue Tracker: add docx file type

Suggestions

While you're at it (or checking into it) It would be nice if I could change the dropdown categories to something more appropriate to my uses. Is that simply a matter of changing the language strings? I was looking at the code and was wondering if they were hard-coded there, like the extensions.

The thing about adding extensions is also including icons too.

The issue tracker is really cool, by the way.

optionlist invalid jrCore_checktype:

Using Jamroom

I'm getting "invalid jrCore_checktype:" when selecting an option in my optionlist. I've added a field to the jrFile module item via form design. the optionlist values are:

Name1|Name1
Name2|Name2

checkbox on the detail page

Design and Skin Customization

I've got a checkbox field in jrFile called "file_approved". What you're saying is I could put this in the jrFile item_details.tpl and then create an extra module with the task of processing that?

checkbox on the detail page

Design and Skin Customization

I'm working on a site where I don't want profile users updating item information accept one checkbox field which I would like accessed on the detail page.

Is this possible?
