listing one quota above another

Using Jamroom

Yeah, I was hoping for a way to do it in the jrCore_list call. Brian says the "in" clause should do it, but that's not working for me. Am I doing it wrong?

Issue with gallery title apostrophes (and merging gallery images)

Using Jamroom

A user created a gallery called "God's Country".

I have a page which lists images from galleries with "2016 Calendar" in them and she wants to appear on that page. This is where I discovered the issue with changing the Gallery Title and that's been fixed.

She had created a few galleries with variations on the name "God's Country" so I wanted to merge them into one Gallery. But Jamroom doesn't allow me to simply edit the title of one Gallery to be the same as an existing Gallery and thereby merge the two. Please consider that, possibly. Not sure if it's a good idea, all things considered; but I thought I should be able to do that.

So, while not being able to merge them that way, I went to the Batch Editor and changed the Gallery Titles to "God's Country 2016 Calendar". However, Jamroom now called the calendars "God\\\'s Country 2016 Calendar".

So I tried editing the title back to "God's Country 2016 Calendar" in the regular form at that point but Jamroom returned an error saying the Gallery couldn't be found in the database.

So I went back into the Batch Editor and changed the Gallery Title on all of the images to "Gods Country 2016 Calendar". Then went to the form and tried to change the Gallery Title to "God's Country 2016 Calendar" but I got the same database error.

Merchandise Payment/Fee Flow

Using Jamroom

Also, what happens if a Profile sets a song at 25 cents and someone buys just that song?

Merchandise Payment/Fee Flow

Using Jamroom

Yes, that helps -- thanks.

There is a sender fee for mass payments of 2.0% of the payment up to $1.00 USD.

So using my example, the Stripe fee would be 4.9% + 2 to Paypal is around 7%. That's on just a single product in the shopping cart. The percentage would be less with more products, of course.

Do I understand correctly that there is no Paypal fee if I send money one payment at a time?

Merchandise Payment/Fee Flow

Using Jamroom

What is the general flow of a Merchandise Store purchase in terms of fees if I'm using Stripe? Let's say on a $10 product with $5 shipping. How much does Stripe take? Then it goes to my bank. Then what happens? What is the process of paying the Profile owner? Do I manually transfer the money from my bank to Paypal? Then manually pay each Store owner? What are the fees at these points? How do the payment settings feature into this (in terms of thresholds and time)?

Looking for a general outline on this.

Thanks.

listing one quota above another

Using Jamroom

Shouldn't the search be: search1="profile_quota_id in 6,1"?

The "in" clause doesn't appear to order the list in the order of the values, i.e. list profiles found in quota_id 6 before profiles found in quota_id 1. It appears to work as an OR.

Is there a way I can do that?

listing one quota above another

Using Jamroom

Is there a best way to list items from one quota over another in a jrCore_list? Ideally specified in the function call itself.

My purpose is to list items from premium quotas before those from non-premium ones.

Gallery Title Update Bug

Using Jamroom

After editing the title of a gallery and clicking submit, you're taken to a Page Not Found. The edit doesn't happen so it can't find the edited Gallery.

For instance, this gallery

http://mmmm.net/gallery/update/id=45 titled "Breathtaking" I change to "Breathtaking Photos" attempts to take me to http://mmmm.net/profile_name/gallery/breathtaking-photos/all -- but it doesn't exist since the edit didn't take.

I've verified this on two different installs. Recent updates, integrity checked.
