Using Jamroom

I'm having a problem getting the shipping to work. I've got all my settings according the docs. Flat fee shipping. In my product on jamroom I have domestic and international shipping entered. And it shows in the product description on Foxycart, but it doesn't add it to the order:

foxycart physical products

Using Jamroom

Obviously that won't work. For t-shirt with only two colors you're looking at maybe a dozen different variations of the same thing. Do you think there might be a simple way to include an extra field, either in jamroom or in the foxycart for a simple message from the customer regarding size and color? That would be enough.

audio albums on mobile

Using Jamroom

Are you sure it's going to the album and not one song within that album?

On my iPhone 6+ that link is going to a song within that album.

A friend's Galaxy IDontKnowWhat Android does the same thing.

Actually, that same link here on jamroom.net and on the individual song page on my website will go to the proper album page on my mobile device, so there appears to be something odd with that link when it's on my home index.tpl page.

I wonder if you could go to http://blindmime.com and scroll down past the long intro to where the digital albums are displayed (in the left main column) and click on one of those recent three albums. It's those links that go to the wrong place on mobile even though they are the same link.

audio albums on mobile

Using Jamroom

I'm getting odd behavior on mobile. I have links to albums on my home page. On my desktop these links go to the album page, but on mobile (iOS and Android), rather than showing the player with a full list of songs and then a list of songs with purchase buttons, etc. (like on the desktop), the link is going to a particular song page instead. If I click on the album link on that page it will then go to the album page.

Any ideas why this is happening?

login page redirecting

Using Jamroom

Yeah, it's weird. Users get redirected to their profile page when they click login, but they're not logged in. They're not able to go to the user/login page.

login page redirecting

Using Jamroom

No. If I click the login link, instead of going to user/login it goes to my profile index page, and I am not logged in. I can click the Create Account link which goes to the create account form. I can then just click the submit button without filling in any information and then I am suddenly logged in (still on the create account form page now with an error message).

This is happening on several different jamroom sites, including a brand new jamroom install, on different computers (both mac and pc) . All of them most recent jamroom version updates. I'm only encountering it with sites hosted on a shared Arvixe account. I could be wrong, but I think there's something up with the server.

Do you have any idea what might cause this jamroom behavior? It's like it's losing sessions and I have to kick it to get it to remember. Like we used to do with old TVs. Smack 'em on the side.

login page redirecting

Using Jamroom

I'm having an odd new issue on several of my websites. When I go to http://mydomain.com/user/login it goes to the admin profile page instead. So I can't log in.

I can go to user/signup and then click the create account button without entering any details and while it gives me an error notice, I am also logged in as admin.

I don't know if this is related, but it began occurring after my shared server was down. It's only happening on sites hosted there, but it's not happening on all the sites hosted there. And it's intermittent.

At various intervals I also become logged out and can't access the login again. It also appears to only happen in Chrome which I know most of the jamroom devs don't care for, but there it is.

What might be causing this?

Edit: It happened in iOS today as well.
