Problems Installing

Make sure you give your sites a domain name to work off of even if you need to do it with
/etc/hosts

Jamroom doesn't like running off an ip address.

Alpha Team marketplace channel

send out an invitation to you jimmy. The channel still exists, not sure if there's anything extra in there at the moment though.

Update the map location from a populated form field

GoogleMaps

I tried a bit, but couldn't figure it out. So was just hoping you had more of a clue than me. Don't spend too much time on it its not critical, happy with "Nope, i don't know either" as a solution.

Using Jamroom

You could probably cook something up using the Form Designer, and a template redirect:

https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/getting-started/1275/using-the-form-designer

{jrCore_location()}

In earlier versions the goal was to build a system with options for all sorts of things. The goal for this one is to let users customize it themselves because not everybody wants everything that everybody else has.

Update the map location from a populated form field

GoogleMaps

I have a form field for location that is has the datastore value populated. When the UPDATE form loads the value is in the text area for location.

Is there a way to have the map section trigger via javascript?

Installation and Configuration

How are you putting it there? by SFTP or by Template editor? If you're using SFTP and adjusting the .tpl file in your skin it should just work.

Unable to go to next page

Ning To Jamroom

b1 indicates the module is a BETA module. Unless you need this urgently I would suggest waiting until it lands in the STABLE branch.

As a work-around until that is released I've changed the groups index.tpl page here:
http://regal-network.com/france/group/admin/templates

so that now it shows 20 items per page instead of ten. That should last you until the next core version comes out of beta and into stable.

Its not recommended to run the beta versions on a live site.

Is that an acceptable solution to you?

You can see all the groups on the same page now here:
http://regal-network.com/france/group

Installation and Configuration

For meta data try installing the META TAG MANAGER module from the marketplace
ACP -> MODULES -> CORE -> MARKETPLACE

The text in that location looks like its the top page of the site, so probably the index.tpl template will give you clues. It might be written in there, or it might be being provided by a variable to that location.
