Yeah it seams to be going to the wrong location. Think the issue is comments have been added to profiles. None of the default skins we put out have comments on profiles, only comments on items on profiles.
In this case because comments have been added to profiles, they need an {IF} added to the comment bread crumb section to get them going to the correct location.
Do you know where that link should be pointing to?

What is the URL you're trying on. That should work.
It wont work for non module urls like yoursite.com/about but it should work for module urls like yoursite.com/info/about

Thats the Discussions module as strumelia pointed out.
A good way to find out where to put it, is to add a bit of text to somewhere that seams right, and see where it comes out.
something like: LOCATION ONE IN TEMPLATE name.tpl
Then go look at where you think it will come out to see if you see that text.
If it is where you want the ad, then replace that text with your ad code.

It seams hard to screw up,
copy:
/modules/jrChat/img/icons_black/chat-open.png
to:
/skins/YOUR SKIN/img/icons_black/chat-open.png
open /skins/YOUR SKIN/img/icons_black/chat-open.png in an image editor, edit.
Save it, upload it to your site.

Its unclear how you are setting up. You're using both the iskin AND celebrity?

That's a good idea, just difficult to accomplish. I've looked for a solution anywhere that is able to compare A to B but ignore "SOME SPECIFIED TEXT", found nothing.
Compare programs just aren't that smart.
