full list of all tags?

Using Jamroom

you want a list of something.......

Docs: "{jrCore_list}"
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/jamroom-developers-guide/89/jrcore-list

--edit--
(worried thats too vague) the module you're after is jrTags, so
{jrCore_list module="jrTags"}
you want all of them, so
{jrCore_list module="jrTags" limit=100}

You probably want to control how they are displayed, so you want to add the template="" to that too.

Can I move discussions from a group to my site's community forum?

Ning To Jamroom

Maybe set blogs in that post to 'admin approval' in the BLOG -> QUOTA CONFIG section. Bit more work for the admin, but it might help get the message across.

NingJa vs NingJaClone - do I need both skins?

Ning To Jamroom

When you clone a skin, say jrPhotoPro to a new name say xxPrettyPhoto all instances of 'jrPhotoPro' get swapped out for 'xxPrettyPhoto' so the skin is self contained in the directory on the server at:
/skins/xxPrettyPhoto/(all the files)

If one of those 'jrPhotoPro' changes got missed or was still pointing to
/skins/jrPhotoPro/(some file)

That could be the cause of your issue. I'd check the .tpl files in your skin to make sure there are no other skin names in your cloned skin causing issues.

Site builder wont cause any issues in this case unless you have the name of a skin specifically defined in any of the site builder code. It doesn't change over skin changes.

Jamroom - in the flesh and blood

Off Topic

There's still more division possibilities even after you've settled on "non-developers" as your chosen target audience.

Are the audience going to be ADMINISTERING a jamroom site or using it from a 'member of the site' perspective. If its administering, then the concepts that are hardest to get you're head around are the separation of USER, PROFILE, QUOTA in setting up the system.

Docs: "Jamroom Admin Handbook : Table of Contents"
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/jamroom-admin-handbook

It seams like you'll be talking to members who will be using a site that you and steve have setup, so that link's probably not so relevant to them.

For you're case how you've setup the system rather than what the system is is what you'll be explaining. Explaining that there are different types of profile ('how you've setup the quotas') and what each one is for. Their similarities: each profile is the canonical home to any piece of content albeit that piece of content can be shown in other locations on the site.

Some profiles have different things on them ( modules via quotas ) but they're still profiles. You'll be focusing on the flow of using your site to achieve goals. Hopefully the site gets out of the way all together so you can just focus on the goals of the site which is getting the user to understand the subject matter i believe.

Saw some of the modules stevex made to extend the Docs module, real cool.

How can I delete comments on a page?

Using Jamroom

The issue is you have that page set to display on the main site the delete buttons only show on the profile pages. I'll open a tracker to see if its possible to add in this location.

For now, you can disable comments on that page by going here:
http://researchcooperative.org/page/update/id=5

and uncheck the "Allow Item Features".

If you just wanted to delete one specific comment, change the "Page Location" to "Page is visible on profile", then you will be able to delete the comments from the page on your profile, then change it back to the main site.

NingJa vs NingJaClone - do I need both skins?

Ning To Jamroom

You must have created a clone of Ningja and called it NingJaClone.

NingJa was created by us and is in the marketplace, so if we adjust anything with the marketplace version you will receive those updates when they come out.

NingJaClone will receive no updates. It is your skin totally now.

If you want to see what updates come out keep NingJa, if you dont, it can be deleted.

How can I delete comments on a page?

Using Jamroom

Its important to include a URL with this type of question. There could be multiple locations and if you're looking at a different one to us, the conversation will quickly get confusing.

--edit--
even a relative one if you want to keep your site anonymous
