you're always doing interesting experimental stuff.

First thoughts are:
* perhaps sparkpost is a newer service and hasnt been flagged as spam as much as more longer lived services and the difference in desirability is directly related to their newness.

Second thought was:
* where are the emails that mailgun cant get delivered to, do we care if they are not being delivered if the location is not one we intend to try to serve. (hard to think what that might even be.....)

Thanks for the update.

Any specifics on the matter that we can use to identify if there is an issue or where that issue comes from.

Because once a skin is cloned, it should have zero connections to the skin it was cloned from.

If you're not running a skin and that skin is changed there should be no effect to your running skin. They are separate.

This is setting a setting, not coding.

Go to:
ACP -> SITE -> SITE BUILDER -> TEMPLATES -> form_editor.tpl -> MODIFY

Where it says :
add the text 'formatselect' there to turn on that setting:

But what do we do when the next person comes along with the suggestion to "remove the font option from the editor"

Jamroom is very customizable, but perhaps at the expense of simplicity.

Then click the TEMPLATE TAB
Then set to ACTIVE and save to make your modifications active.

I would expect that on the ajax page the $_user is still logged in, unless its happening behind the scenes where there is no SESSION.

Try changing skins to a default one. my guess is something in your alterations is causing the issue.

If this has happened before during your development it could be good to outline how you are doing that development. I suspect this is the cause of the issue.

If you could outline the steps you take to adjust stuff, that might help us pinpoint the cause of the issue.

ie: all you development should be taking place in either
* YOUR SKIN or
* YOUR MODULE

if you find that you are making any alterations to any files of modules you didn't build in the /modules/* directories, you're doing something wrong. dont touch those, and never write to anything in the /data/ directory.

To change the modules you would either use a template over-ride or events and listeners.
