Can I restore a deleted account?

Using Jamroom

Take a look in:
DASHBOARD -> RECYCLE BIN

and see if the user account is there.

Admin Skin Module - Not Working Properly

Using Jamroom

Update from the marketplace to admin skin ver 1.2.10 and you should be good to go.

You were right in thinking that it was the setting not getting saved to the database. Good analysis.

Search is creating errors.

Using Jamroom

Give us some steps to try and we can try them out here to see if we get the same issue. If we get the same issue here, then we'll be able to advise on the next steps to take.

Its a matter of figuring out what is causing the problem, then addressing it.

--edit--
The meaning of:
Quote: " invalid order_by criteria in jrCore_db_search_items parameters"
is a search has been requested and the results have been asked for in a particular order

Which is weird because you'd normally order search results in the order of the most relevant to the search query.

You're doing stuff none of us have attempted, so unfortunately, that makes you the expert. :)

I don't have that lightening bolt on my keyboard either, so if it was me, id copy it and use ctrl+paste when I need to use it.

Admin Skin Module - Not Working Properly

Using Jamroom

You don't need to debug this, its a bug on our end. Not sure how it crept in but it needs fixing.

Admin Skin Module - Not Working Properly

Using Jamroom

Yeah thats a bit unusual.

I'll spin up the same setup as yours to see if I can replicate it, if you REALLY want to setup a debugging environment, awesome, I'm a big fan of having a debugger.

This doc is a little old now, but the concept is there
Docs: "Setting up a Debugging environment"
http://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/development/129/setting-up-a-debugging-environment

Now when I setup a system, instead of using ehcp and ubuntu 12.04, I use the setup made by brian:

Docs: "High Performance Jamroom on Digital Ocean"
http://www.jamroom.net/brian/documentation/guides/1188/high-performance-jamroom-on-digitalocean

Need CSS Help

Using Jamroom

derrickhand300:......cannot figure out why its on the site-other cache changes are clearing fine is not in ANY of the sites style sheets...
If its not in any of the style sheets, then its an alteration made by the STYLE tab of something in the ACP.

It will be being stored in the database.

week charts

Using Jamroom

Hi stefan, you'll need to ask the site what code they are using in their week chart page.

Its hard to understand what's going on without knowing what code is being used.
