CSS Question

Using Jamroom

"Admin" must be the name of the quota that @derrickhand300 uses, you choose whatever quota you are using where you want to allow all the tags.

ACP -> MODULES -> SYSTEM CORE -> QUOTA CONFIG -> "Select Quota" -> "Allow all HTML tags"

What is happening is the purifier that tries to stop your users putting malicious script into your site is filtering out all the css that starts with a -.

Try changing the player an see if that fixes it:
ACP -> SKINS -> (YOUR SKIN) -> GLOBAL CONFIG -> PLAYERS -> PLAYER TYPE

Video plays and stops

Using Jamroom

add ALLOW_ALL_DOMAINS to
ACP -> SYSTEM CORE -> GLOBAL CONFIG -> allowed domains

and save to disable 'Play Keys'.

Jamroom 5.3 Beta Kickoff

Announcements

@gary check on the INFO tab, that should show the version installed. For me its at:
ACP -> CORE -> SYSTEM CORE -> INFO

and shows:
5.3.0b1

Might want to check that the TOOLS -> RELEASE CHANNELS has the BETA active too.

After I updated the INFO tab shows:
5.3.0b5

How to build a JrElastic multilingual-based site using the Site Builder?

Using Jamroom

Multilingual support will probably be added to Site Builder, its just a question of getting to it. There are many things that could still be added to Jamroom to make it better, things need to happen in phases.

Right now we are at a stage where we have a lot of things out there and we are currently consolidating so that:
* all the docs are up to date
* all the modules are bug free
* usability of the base system is good

So that we have a good platform to go forward with. When we get into a new phase of extension, then your good suggestion of multilingual Site Builder can be looked at.

It makes it easier on us if the question forum threads can be a single question, that we can answer, then mark as 'solved' and move onto the next one. :) Makes it easier for people coming along next to find the answers when they search.

@ken-rich can you clone your skin and send me a copy, I think there's just you and soaring using the old site builder now, we need to get you moved over to the new system.

Panels not seen except by admin

Using Jamroom

Cant really remember how the old version of Site Builder worked. Suspect that your right with the presumption that the menu items need to be added to the menu to make them visible.

What pages break for your skin when using the latest version of Site Builder? Suspect the best way to move forward is to build a new skin then move to that rather than trying to identify the issues with the current one and fix them. Might be easier.
