Question about DB Backups

Using Jamroom

I just want to keep this thread alive. I get this error in my log:
<span class="php_Warning">[05-Feb-2014 22:36:31 UTC] PHP Warning: S3::putObject(): [InternalError] We encountered an internal error. Please try again. in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/modules/jrBackup-release-1.0.3/contrib/S3/S3.php on line 326 [x 1]

In S3, I only see skinsxxx.zip, modulesxxx.zip files and the /media folder.

I'm going to poke around a bit more, but wanted to get your thoughts on that?

Master admin vs. profile admin for creating profiles - is there a difference?

Installation and Configuration

I see. Hmmm. Well let me run a scenario by you-

Let's say you have ABC Entertainment. UserA and UseB both sign up (say, artist accounts). These accounts are profile admins. UserA creates a profile page for ABC Entertainment. UserB given permission to manage ABC Entertainment profile.

So, one of them would have to register another separate email account and use that for a "home" account for the ABC Entertainment profile?

Seems counter intuitive? But I see what you're talking about - The profile needs an "active" account associated to it.

In my mind, I'm thinking about how "Facebook pages" operate. You can create one (say for your brand) and have the ability to assign managers to the same page.

Maybe this is not possible in JR5 but from a user standpoint that's what I am trying to "mimic" for my users.

Poked around and could not find this feature.
Need to be able to see what accounts you've assigned as profile admins, for instance.

Master admin vs. profile admin for creating profiles - is there a difference?

Installation and Configuration

Well - it's associated w/ 2 user accounts My personal (profile admin) and the master admin account.
I used the LINK ACCOUNTs feature in Profile Tools to associate it with my personal account.

I don't have a dedicated user account for it. But that would defeat the purpose though (in my mind) of being able to associate different profiles w/ a single account. That would mean each profile needs a "home" account. Hope I'm understanding that correctly.

Chat tomorrow, thanks!

I actually just found a small bug related to this and have pushed out a new version of the Profile Tweaks. Update to the latest (1.0.4) and let me know if that looks better.

Hope this helps!

Just read this. Thanks! Let me give it a try!

Hi! Yes, I access the profile by viewing it, then clicking update profile icon in the name box header.

Kind of odd it doesn't work...
