How to translate the Dashboard?

Using Jamroom

Thank you both for your replies.

Yeah, I have 6 profile admins and none of them even speaks english. But they have access to the dashboard. The information in the Dashboard is very relevant to the admin team.

What should I do?

Thanks

How to translate the Dashboard?

Using Jamroom

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your reply.

Yes but you should have thought about it using language strings as you did in so many places within JR, even in some part of the admin.

I would like to translate basic words like: dashboard, users online, Data broswer, memory used, disk usage etc.

What is the easiest way to do it? There should be a way.

Thanks

Hello,

I would like to translate the Dashboard but I can not locate it as a module in the admin.

OneAll Questions

Using Jamroom

Hello JR Team,

Please help. Here we go:

1) I have created a language string trying to explain more about the Social login and I would like it to appear right above of the social network icons on the login and signup page. I can't locate the OneAll Template in the template Editor. Which file to edit?

2) In the OneAll Quota Config settings, there is an option: "Advanced Sharing API".

The tip says:

"Check this option to use the Advanced Sharing API, which is reserved for OneAll customers that are NOT on the OneAll free plan.
Default: off "

Sorry but I still don't understand what is the setting for. Should I set it to ON or leave it to OFF.

3) How to remove the "Powered by OneAll Social Login" on the login and signup page? I can't locate the OneAll Template in the template Editor.

4) Where should the OneAll email content be translate? In the OneAll module template tab, right?

In case of a multilingual site, how to have the OneAll email templates in many language? Will OneAll module send a welcome email in let's say "Spanish" when a user signs up when visiting the spanish version of the site?

Thanks

Double slash in urls in the Quota Compare

Using Jamroom

Hello JR team,

There is a double slash in urls in the Quota Compare. Except the "Allows Signup" module, all the remains modules in the list are having a double slash in the url like this:

site.com/embed/admin/quota/id=3//hl[]=allowed/hl[]=id

This leads to a page error when you try to enable or disable a module in a quota clicking on the Green/Red dot on the Compare Quota page.

In other to get it work (to get the quota config page load properly from the Quota compare), I had to manually remove one dot in the url in the browser address bar.

I hope i have helped reporting this small issue.

Thanks

A Footer similar to the JR Footer on this site

Using Jamroom

brian:
You can get the footer code from our site just by doing a "view source" - past that into your footer.tpl and adjust it to suit your needs.
Let me know if that helps.

It is the following code, right?

        <div id="footer">
    <div id="prefooter">
        <div class="container">

            <div class="row">

A Footer similar to the JR Footer on this site

Using Jamroom

brian:
Text color is usually used to emphasize/de-emphasize something, so going with a lighter gray on a dark background prevents it from being "distracting" to the viewer if they are viewing other text near the footer.
Most users don't look in the footer - if you are however, then you are likely looking for something specific (privacy policy, terms of service, etc.) so the lighter text isn't likely to deter you.

Hi Brian,

Thanks a lot for your reply. Things make sense now. :)
