Cannot delete topic on jamroom.net profile forum

Using Jamroom

It looks like the problems might be caused by the category being called Announcements.

If I change the category name to Announcements2 the + button appears.

Cannot delete topic on jamroom.net profile forum

Using Jamroom

Thanks Brian, but there is soemthing wrong with that forum category.

I can't create a new thread, there is no + button showing. I've tried changing the Read Only setting for that cat, but no change. The other cats look ok, they have the + button.

Cannot delete topic on jamroom.net profile forum

Using Jamroom

I cannot delete this topic.
https://www.jamroom.net/ultrajam/forum/announcements/1289/cannot-delete

redirects to https://www.jamroom.net/forum/delete/id=1289 which gives a Not Found, but the topic remains.

I tried unlocking the topic and then deleting but the topic is still there.

Limit text

Design and Skin Customization

You can still use truncate:
{$item.blog_text|jrCore_format_string:$item.profile_quota_id|jrBlog_readmore|truncate:200:"..."}

We need your ratings and reviews!

Announcements

I guess my review is in their pending queue.

But I left a rating a couple of days ago and again today, it still shows as zero ratings.

The ratings don't seem to be working on that hotscripts page - the rating appears to work, but revisit the page and it is back to zero ratings.

Php Errors

Installation and Configuration

More info on the notices here:
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/forum/jamroom-developers/3649/jrlaunch-error

If you turn off developer mode you will only see the errors, not the notices.

Aparna with Nova Skin

Installation and Configuration

My conclusion on renaming audio modules was that it was best to leave the prefix as "audio".

You can have multiple modules using the same prefix, so jrAudio will coexist with myAudioBook and myRingtones and all can use the same prefix "audio".

click this button. Jamroom migration system.

Off Topic

Yes serin, total agreement here provided cms2cms works well, I haven't tried it.

Great idea though.

I'd love to sponsor a feature where you could export troublesome users to a different cms entirely. And also sponsor a sister feature for the jamroom.net forum - a profile "push" button. Every time an Iz manages to extract his 45 seconds from my day I get to punch a "push" button on their profile. They reach a certain level or frequency of user "pushes" and cms2cms converts all their sites to wordpress. Jamroom would notify the user.

I'd have to get a bar job as well, but what would it cost to sponsor a feature like that?

Personally, I like this thread in off-topic too. You get a different response outside of the workplace.

jrLaunch Error

Jamroom Developers

Those are php notices not errors - when an error occurs it will be marked as PHP Error.

As well as Errors and Notices you may also see logged PHP Warnings in your log.

You could try turning off developer mode if you don't need to see the notices.

If you do need to see them and need to find the undefined index, the notice tells you which line and which file to look at.
