after saving (and i think switching to tabbed style container) i went back and now search by group by etc, all of them are blank containing no options

Suggestions
Google's a great way to find information about whatever you want. Understandably it's a more sophisticated search than Jamroom search can ever be.
You can also use site:https://www.jamroom.net in your google search which will return results from the docs in addition to forum results. And, of course, you can use other google modifiers in your search terms if you want to refine your results further.

Your visitors can't access your dashboard and can't search the keys in your database.

We do need to use the admin skin, so we'll put up with the changing skin or move the view out of the dashboard. Shouldn't be a problem at all.

If I create a dashboard tab that page doesn't use the admin skin which is set by the Admin Skin module.
This is on a site running jrCore 5.3.6, not the Beta.

The space limit is per profile - the profile resources are limited by quota.
