Hey
After entering a search term to try out the site search for the merchandise store I noticed no entries were returned for the store. I proceeded to look at the stores datastore and added the two fields
product_title
product_body
to the additional search fields and searched again, once again no store items are showing in search results.
It should be added if I search for something in service shop they show up fine.

Yes that is the aim of the system indeed, but any educational mechanisms you can build in can only help and should result in freeing up support time in long term.

yes that is the issue I am having, no one ever appears online, as I am online at this very moment and never seen the account you logged into show as online.

I see the problem now I was prototyping this on a test site that had no comments and blog_comment_count wasnt showing in the item list area.

Hey Guys
This has been something I have been thinking of for a while now, a block showing the most discussed items in the front end sections, ie on site blogs page, include a block showing the 5 blogs with most comments.
But looking through the new site builder I don't see a jrComment_item_count like there is for other modules, ie profile_jrBlog_item_count.
How would one go about determining the number of comments on any a blog and then list the top 5?
