Genosis Badges module changelog

- New: Integrity Check removes the ids of deleted badges from profiles
- Change: Modify Badge page has a page title
- Bug Fix: Two badges could be created with the same title, and a badge could be renamed to the title of another badge
- Bug Fix: Deleting a badge left it on the profiles that had it, so people lists showed a placeholder image as a badge
- Bug Fix: Adding or removing a badge did not create an activity entry
- Bug Fix: Errors in the badge drop down (for example a badge deleted in the meantime) were not shown
