Jamroom Hosted Terms of Service

Make sure you have read the Jamroom.net Terms of Service:

These additional Terms of Service are related specifically to Jamroom Hosted.  Jamroom Hosted is built on top of Linode VPS servers:

https://www.linode.com

Anything that would violate their Terms of Service:

https://www.linode.com/tos

will also violate the Jamroom Hosted Terms of Service.  Violations of these Terms of Service will result in shut down and deactivation of your Jamroom Hosted Server.

Jamroom Hosted Free Trial

A Credit Card is required for the Jamroom Hosted free trial.  No charge will be made to the card until the trial period has expired.  3 days before the trial period expires you will receive an email letting you know about the upcoming charge for your Jamroom Hosted server.

If you no longer wish to use Jamroom Hosted, your server must be deleted before the trial expires or you will be charged:

Credit Cards that are declined when the trial period is over will result in the Jamroom Hosted server being deleted, so please make sure your Credit Card is valid and has space for your Jamroom Hosted payment.

Payment Terms for Jamroom Hosted

Billing for all Jamroom Hosted servers is processed on the 1st day of each month for the coming month in advance.  If a payment is declined, email notification is sent with information on how to update the credit card used for Jamroom Hosted.

If payment is not able to be collected by the 5th of the month for which payment is due, the server will become inaccessible.

If payment is not able to be collected by the 10th of the month for which payment is due, the server will be deleted and all data will be removed.

If payment is declined, the system will try to re-bill every day until the 10th of the month - if the attempt is declined an email is sent outlining the steps to take to prevent interruption of the Jamroom Hosted service.
