Hello I currently in middle of migrating jamroom to a new server but I was wondering is there any reason behind the mixed engines in jamroom. of using INNODB and MyISAM. also is it OK to convert my jamroom tables from utf8_unicode_ci too utf8mb4_unicode_ci as this method is like the older method but better performance for UTF8 Stephen
Moving Jamroom 4

I have downloaded my Jamroom 4 installation to my computer and now uploded the latest Jamroom to the space and domain that was taken up by Jamroom 4. I have created a new database for the new install. My question is, I would like to transfer the data, mp3s, photos etc from Jamroom4 to the new install, what would be the best way of doing this? I can upload the old Jamroom to the same server that the new install is on. Just a little help would be appreciated please.

I am very keen to use the beta of Jamroom 6 released today. I am just wondering though......is there anything I need to do prior to launching a major version upgrade? Do I need to clone my skin etc?

Having fun exploring the new chat. Update / integrity check / installs all went smoothly for us. Checking things out, I'm finding a few things we'll need to fix. One issue = I wonder if there's a simple trick/fix for: (screenshot = easiest explanation) Please see attached... a few things are displaying oddly. Is there an easy fix for this? Thanks, Excited!

Hello Jamroom team, we have a few questions to Jamroom. Topically we use the version 5 with many modules or also even to bought modules. What exactly is the difference of version 5 on 6? When is the new Version online? What does cost an Upgrade? Can all modules be used by version 5 on 6? Is it topical in such a way what is very irritating that we have to do update partially our design again "anew" high-level store with a module - is still exact with Jamroom 6? Love the new JR site. Quick question, I see all the modules I purchased in my account / Licenses. But when I'm in the Marketplace it doesn't show me what I've already purchased. So, I have to go back n forth between pages to see if I've purchased that module or not. Added, since you have the account / Licenses page limited to the number of items on the page, I have to go through three pages on my License page to see if the module I'm interested in is listed. Maybe I'm doing something...
