The ipsumjam module is not working with the Store description field, it is producing a java error... Walled Garden - Skin's and Paywall

Hi all, We want to create a quota for our commercial users and create a walled garden for them inside the main site. We want to put this behind a paywall using Paypal payments or our Shopify system if needed. This area would allow access to special videos, documents and forum areas not accessible to our regular community. Can we use a different skin for this area, and if so, are docs available? I wasn't able to find anything so far, apologies. -John

Question about Cometchat and PHP7

Hi everyone, I am currently running the old version of Cometchat (the new version didn't function well on my site). What I need to know is if anyone else is running the old version of Cometchat, but made the upgrade to Jamroom's PHP7 and how it's running. ning skin and photos etc

switched to the ning skin ..i was having a nightmare of a timed trying to adaapt the elastic skin this is soooo much better but couple coments questions and observations 1st off the photos on the front page are not clickable u gotta click all then try to find the 1 u wahnt in a gallery one in a gallery and u open a pic the > and i know i found a bug in that so i assume thats been removed while being fixed i had a question but let me try to figure it out myself b4 i ask it however...

ShareThis Module and sharing to a page?

Seems as though the share this module only saves to a facebook users profile? If I try to share something on my site, to a page I am an admin of and logged into facebook as a page manager it says I have to switch to my facebook user account? Is this right as we have a module on our current site ( joomla ) that lets us share direct to the page. Any ideas on how an admin would let people see our shared stuff from our JR site to a our sites facebook page? http://facebook.com/PunkBandPromotion

Datastorage userdata in serverroot and mysql

Hi Jamroom team, is it possible to store data about users (data in severroot folder html-> from jamroom and data from mysql tables) on storage hd and to have a system-harddisk with virtualmachine. On the VM would be two guest-systems (because of beckup reason) with apache and php, which are able to serve datas on the storage HD? regards

video watermarked and coversion questions

on some of my vids i uploaded on ning now have a watermark saying something like 'unregistered copy' and more but too blurry to read what the hecks that how do i remove it ok i can almost readit now somerthing like unregistered copy you can only convert videos with watermark visit some url i cant read to purchase the other question on vid conversion i see an option to set workers...and priority on audio only workers the audio conversions are painfully slow is there away to increase that...

Youtube Module and JR ranking calls

Searched but couldn't find anything. jrYouTube module. Where is the info on how to add ranking calls for Imported jrYouTube videos to the main site? I tested Nova and ProJam dark and I dont see recently imported videos. OR do I have to look at the profile skin and pluck that code from there and put it into main site template for video ranking calls? TIA, Brian

Additional and Granular Backup options

It would be cool if you could: 1. set the time (schedule) for backups 2. have options for weekly and monthly backups. 3. Granular options such as - daily backups of database + profiles - weekly backups of modules + skins I know it's a lot but just throwing that out there =) Brian
