Moving Jamroom 4

I have downloaded my Jamroom 4 installation to my computer and now uploded the latest Jamroom to the space and domain that was taken up by Jamroom 4. I have created a new database for the new install. My question is, I would like to transfer the data, mp3s, photos etc from Jamroom4 to the new install, what would be the best way of doing this? I can upload the old Jamroom to the same server that the new install is on. Just a little help would be appreciated please.

How do the jrCharts work? I remember in JR4 the charts changed based on movement in the last 7,30 or 360 days.The chart movement was noticeable everyday. I imported all the JR4 data to my JR5 site.In my JR5 site,the changes are hardly seen.The strange thing is that the tracks with no chart change are listed top and the tracks showing hot are at the very end of the chart. Hello Jamroom team, we have a few questions to Jamroom. Topically we use the version 5 with many modules or also even to bought modules. What exactly is the difference of version 5 on 6? When is the new Version online? What does cost an Upgrade? Can all modules be used by version 5 on 6? Is it topical in such a way what is very irritating that we have to do update partially our design again "anew" high-level store with a module - is still exact with Jamroom 6? jamroom dependencies

i thought imagemagic was a dependency but now i see its fiull of vulnerabilities i am getting 500 errors on many images mostly resized ones (since moving to new server) also system check page is not loading so I'm thinking i must have a needed package not installed can you tell me (ubuntu 16.04) what packages are required for jr to function correctly

Ok So having been a jamroom 3 & 4 user and taking a break between 4 and the new version, i felt i needed to say something since my return. What a great job Brian and the team have done. 10/10 I have added over 500 artists to my system in the last 4 days manually and i can say the new system works smooth and amazing. Upgrading to Jamroom 6.5.0

Upgrading from Jamroom 6.4.x (and earlier) to Jamroom Core 6.5.0: - As a master admin, login and go to the ACP -> Marketplace -> System Updates - You will see the update for the Jamroom Core 6.5.0 - update - You should be redirected to the list of module updates that are available - if you receive any error here refresh your browser - Once you see the module list, click on the "update" button to the right of the MARKETPLACE module - Once the marketplace module is updated, RESET CACHES....

Lost my Jamroom

I'm not sure what happened, but I lost the main page of my network. I tried to re-create my main page from my Ning 2.0 to Jamroom and now the main page is blank and I can't go back and undo what I did (sighs)

Jamroom licenses

I have Jamroom 4 and 5 pro pack licenses but they do not show up on this new site, all it has it shows I do not have licenses installed on any system, then it has the codes to paste in the marketplace, all of my license show up on the old site though including Jamroom 5 I was wondering if I should see my licenses listed just like on the old layout ? if so I do not see them.
