I am planning to use Jamroom to allow members to publish their music lessons and articles in certain categories beside their music, pics, blog etc.. I am not sure if Jamroom is the correct platform for this purpose. Any comment on this would be really appreciated. Thanks..

Stations and Playlists

I've tried looking in the documentation as well as the forums, however I can't figure out how to create stations, as I don't have anything listed (Image attached). When I go to my music or video stations, the titles are all there (station center, top stations, newest stations), however there aren't any stations to play music or videos. How do I create them? I tried creating playlists, however that didn't work. When I click the "add to playlist" button on a song, I get the error "Error:...

I have a question and an idea. 1. Is there an ability to search by zipcode? I had a client who wanted me to setup a social site for them (dating) and wanted to know if searching by zipcode was available. I believe this was discussed on the old JR4 forum. I realize that I can just add a field for the zipcode and search for a specific zipcode, but is there a radius search ability - 10, 20, 30 miles - in JR5? 2. hi everyone, I'm new to Jamroom, migrating over from ning 3, I am having a hard time gasping everything, even after following the awesome documentation, I get lost when I get in the acp. I keep bugging tech support and they never complain no matter how many times they explain. if only there was tech support for comprehension lol, have a great day every one!

quota_jrProfile_privacy_changes and admin

This has had me confused for a while: If a profile quota has quota_jrProfile_privacy_changes set to "off", admin still sees the privacy options in profile settings but changing the setting has no effect. Shouldn't that dropdown be disabled, or not appear at all? Or should admin be able to override that setting for a profile?

Archive and Purge

Given the size of our Comments, Discussion and Blog tables it would be advantageous to eliminate stale data. Considering this, we believe we can purge all records older than 6/1/2015. That would eliminate about 40% of the comments table. The idea of course would be to archive the data, delete and then reorganize the db. Ideally JR hosting has tested tools that can be safely used to perform this task. This post is to present our intent and get the best advice on how to proceed.

iFrame and Tables

Jamroom and proxima

I know there's no documentation yet, but is it safe to run proxima on an existing jamroom build? there is no conflict with any existing modules right? I wanted to be sure because it the install only mentioned to in stall Proxima on the JR core. It didn't mention one way or another any other modules being installed.
