Potential Video approval bug and pending items problem

We currently have videos posted by normal users requiring approval and Admin users not requiring approval. Videos posted by an Admin we're not appearing to normal users so we had a look in the datastore for videos and noticed that they where missing a 'video_pending' field when compared to videos that had required approval. Manually adding that field to the admin videos and setting it to 0 fixed the problem. When viewing the Dashboard in the ACP it is currently showing there are 6 pending...

Today I sent out new passwords to my former Ning members using the NingImport tool and Mailgun validation. In activity log, I also found this message: [system] imported 104 kickbox email validation results into MailGun Does Mailgun defer to Kickbox decisions? Question. 1. I want to ban email domain "facebook.com". Is the correct syntax in banned items module: "@facebook.com"? 2. I will be enabling OneAll module in a few weeks. Will the banned item above have any bearing on signup/login? My understanding is that the OneAll module uses the email that the user signed up with (on FB), not their xxx@facebook.com email. Whats the main differences between Celebrity Skin and Maestro?

They both have the color scheme i like and they both have many features like the timeline and the item detail templates i like with the "you may also like sections" etc But i really think i need to be charting the media from all my users on my site with audio charts and video charts etc. Would Maestro be a better option for me i see it seems to have a bunch more templates and options? Just asking before i do a major overhaul like that if its worth the trouble?

Just a quick question before I set up my shopping cart enabled quotas. I need to make sure I am understanding this correctly. With the PayPal module, my current understanding is that all transactions go through the member's own Paypal account. In that sense the site owner is divorced from all responsibility. So if they fail to ship, it is the member (who sold the item) who is held accountable. Also, if they ship but there is a chargeback, it is they who are responsible to return the funds....

I know my Soundcloud, Vimeo, and YouTube items get periodically validated through either the module settings or via Integrity check, to check if the item is still there and still working. But do videos and audios uploaded by members ever get automatically checked in some way to see if they're still functional? (assuming the member is still on the site) ? If their 5 year old uploaded video stopped working at some point, would i know about it aside from some member perhaps alerting me? Just...
