Cluster ID, password and Queue Server URL for Hosting customers

If you use jamroom Hosting and the cloud modules were installed for you... but upon tinkering you reset the credentials jamroom set up for you : (Cluster ID, password and the Queue Server URL)... How do you go about resolving? I believe we solved this elsewhere and the answer is to contact jamroom for the credentials again... but wanted to move this to its proper place for future reference.

Are there still lofi and hifi audio options in JR5?

Does JR5 support using a lofi and hifi audio option as in JR3 and JR4? I can only seem to upload one or the other but not both. In the past we have offered our users a 128K and a 320K preview and download option. I know that I could add the song twice in the 2 different formats but that would I'm thinking mess up the whole charting system.

So I have edited the flashback skin to a workable solution. My question is how do I now make a copy of the edited skin in case of a crash or an update that wipes out all of my edits? Do I just go into each modified template and copy and paste into notepad files or is there a better way. Do you guys think you could add the Facebook LIKE button to the Share This module? It would eliminate us having to add that into a content page. Some viewers behaviour is to simply LIKE something (one click) and move on. I get the Share button though...click it, type something cool, then share it. Also, it would be nice to be able to re-order the social buttons somehow. It exists as part of the ShareThis api - see attachment. Thanks!
