Weird - that doesn't make sense. I've just done it here and don't see any issues. Let me make sure I understand the issue:

- is it that it is asking you to enter a NEW password on the account settings form? I.e. it is highlighting the password field
- is it that you save your changes and then are taken to a page to enter your password?

This is correct if you have the ACP -> Users -> Users -> Global Config "Re-Authenticate" option checked. This is a security feature:

- on the user settings page you will enter the NEW password twice to ensure you entered it correctly
- on the next page you will have to enter your EXISTING password in order to make the change

Also - go into the Form Designer and make sure both "password" and "repeat password" have not been changed to REQUIRED - otherwise you're forcing your users to change their password every time they want to update their user settings.

Proxima

Update to Proxima User 1.2.2 - there is now a new "user_created" event triggered by jrProximaUser. Note that due to how Proxima User creates accounts (user and profile at the same time) it does NOT trigger the jrUser and jrProfile events from the User and Profile module - you will need to listener for the jrProximaUser "user_created" event for user accounts created in Proxima.

I've just pushed up Image Support 2.0.1 - update to that, reset images caches, and let me know if that works better. I found some bugs in how the price was being checked internally in the image module that could be what you're seeing.

User signup not firing listeners

The jrUser (Users) module is the module that triggers the User events - it's part of the Jamroom Core. I think you mean that the Proxima User module is not firing jrUser events when an account is created using Proxima.

Like I mentioned above I am checking it out.

Header X-Frame-Options

Installation and Configuration

You can disable the X-Frame header in Jamroom Core 6.1.1 - go to the Core -> Tools -> Advanced Config and enter:

jrCore_disable_xframe

for the "config key" and

1

for the "config value" and save

Reset caches and that should disable the X-Frame header

I have just tested watermarking here and am seeing no issues. The watermark config is a Quota config - make sure you have disabled it in EACH quota, and then reset image caches.

Note that Chrome is very aggressive about caching as well - it can still show you the watermarked image even when it no longer exists - make sure you test with a different browser and refresh the image.

Using Jamroom


It was something custom created for some Ning users that wanted a forum that operated more like the Ning "forum". To be honest it was never meant to be released - I'm not sure how it ended up in the Marketplace.

It's not scalable and is not something you want to use at this time.

I'm checking this out. Originally the Proxima user service was designed to create more "light weight" user accounts than what is normally created in Jamroom, but it seems like most sites are using it for JR integration (instead of stand alone) so let me see what needs to be done to get the events integrated correctly.

Ning To Jamroom

Is that a widget or from a template? If it is a widget, then making the column it is in wider should make it wider. If not, you can modify the widget templates in the Video module templates tab to make the image larger.
