installing aparna modules on other sites

Using Jamroom

blindmime:I've created a few modules with aparna and loaded them on multiple sites. Is there a better way to bring along all the variables and form than recreating again in the form designer?

The best way to do this would be to get setup here as a developer on Jamroom.net - that way you can create your own custom release channels that you can them setup on all your JR sites. This way, when you have a new module you want to make available on all your sites, you upload it to your marketplace, and select your private channel as the release channel. On your JR sites, you "subscribe" to your release channel. Then you can update your JR sites with your own custom modules just like you do with any JR module.

Also - this will enable you to enter your developer credentials in the developer tools module, which in turn will enable the "build" tools in the developer tools module, where you can export the custom form fields when you build your module.

If this sounds good, open a ticket with us and we can get your account setup.

Hope this helps!

Jamroom 5.3 Beta Kickoff

Announcements

Black-Eagle:Hello.

I find that this 5.3.0b8 core version uses more memory than 5.3.0b7. Is it the same for you too?

If you can, please start a new thread - I'm going to close this one down as it's just too long.

Thanks!

Where do see more memory being used? I'm not aware of any changes between 5.3.0b7 and 5.3.0b8 that would affect memory more than just a little bit one way or the other.

Subdomains

Jamroom Hosting

Yep - sub domains are supported - just do:

subdomain.domain.com

for the domain name when creating a new site.

Hope this helps!

My account again

Using Jamroom

blindmime:It was working for a bit, but now it's back to showing no license and I don't have access to Support Tickets here.

Sorry about this - this is the FoxyCart auto-feed coming in each day and messing with this - it should NOT be changing you back though, so I am checking that out.

Sorry for the hassle!

Cloudfront configuration

Using Jamroom

If you're still seeing just the S3 URLs, then make sure you have checked the "CloudFront Enabled" option in the CloudFront tab. It's a very simple setup.
