glitch when posting links to site media urls in comments/posts

Using Jamroom

Strumelia:'Pasted into the editor'...where, how?

Imagine you have the WYSIWYG editor up and you just paste this:

https://www.jamroom.net

into the editor. I.e. you do NOT click the "link" button.

Strumelia:I also don't know what a 'card' is.

A "card" is what it's called when you the URL Scanner turns a "plain" URL into a little box that has an image and title for the URL.

Unable to embed images with an apostrophe in the image filename.

I've got a ticket open on this - we'll get it checked out.

Thanks!

SoftDesigns:Lesson: For JR Development, having DocBlocks show in our IDE is essential

Yep - all JR functions are docblocked, which really helps in an IDE :)

Getting error with Audio

Using Jamroom

In your Core -> Global Config -> Allowed Domains add:

ALLOW_ALL_DOMAINS

and let me know if that works.

Thanks!

Any chance for these modules? Maybe paid? Needed for big site in development

Using Jamroom

piotrmymusic:- better working url media scanner, to see in cards other sites, not only media

Jamroom's URL Media Scanner already does this. The remote site needs to have OG tags, but it works.

6.0.4 to 6.0.5 core update not completing

Design and Skin Customization

The Backup module is 45kb in size. The Core is 10mb, so there's likely a throughput issue. There's no issue on this end sending the file out, so it's either an issue no your server or on the network between.

Menu items missing

Using Jamroom

Sounds like you enabled Site Builder. Turn off site builder and your "old" menu will show again.

Queue Backed up a bit

Using Jamroom

These were URL scan "update" queues. Only 1 queue worker for that queue can be running at a time, and it looks like the previous one had "died". I reset the queue worker and they have all processed.

You can do this yourself if you see this again - from that screen:

1) Click on "View Entries"
2) Click on "Reset" for the entry in the last that is being worked - you'll see it has a worker assigned to it.

That will reset that one and get the queue moving. You really should almost never see this though - if you see this again, it could indicate there is an issue that is causing the process to bomb out and not complete the queue entry.
