Jamroom Support holiday schedule

I just wanted to post a quick note about Jamroom Support availability over the next 10 days or so.

Due to Christmas and New Years, between now and the end of the year, most of us here on the team will be offline on different days, so if you open a ticket please give us extra time to respond.

If you are a Jamroom Hosting customer, please schedule any site activity knowing that our response to "help" may not be as quick as normal.

I will personally be offline the 24th and 25th (Thursday and Friday), but will do my best to followup on any tickets over the weekend if needed.

I hope everyone has a great holiday season - I can't believe it is almost 2016 :)

It was the profile_item_list.tpl loading jrAction_item_index.tpl. On this part I am certain.

profile_item_list.tpl does NOT load jrAction_item_index.tpl - the profile_index.tpl loads jrAction_item_index.tpl:

I have this fixed now - was my fault as on my previous build (which I did by hand) I missed the license file.

This is all related to how the routing is being handled by nginx. What does your mod_rewrite replacement code look like? (I don't need your entire nginx config file - just the rewrite rules part).

@brian I went to the modules page https://www.jamroom.net/download/modules and both the jrCore versions download a file called jamroom-core-5.2.41.zip. Is that just a naming issue or is the beta core file named differently?

This is the latest beta Core download page:

But just install 5.2.41, and then go into your Marketplace -> Tools -> Release Channels and ENABLE the beta channel, and then update to 5.3.0.

OK I think this may be the issue:

INDEX `value` (`value`))

Are you trying to install 5.2.41? If so, try the latest 5.3.0b9 - it should work.
