Still Unable to upgrade

Using Jamroom

Ken Rich:
Hi Brian,

Please excuse my ignorance. When you say download your modules and skins do you mean via FTP and upload via FTP to the new site.

Or are you talking about some tool built into Jamroom that I am unaware of?

Yes - SFTP.

Core update 500 error

Installation and Configuration

Sorry you're having these issues - I'm just not sure what to recommend. If you're getting syntax errors in the script, just double check it has been downloaded correctly - I'm not sure what else it would be.

Still Unable to upgrade

Using Jamroom

1) Setup a new domain on your server
2) Download your modules and skins and uploaded to the new domain
3) run integrity check so the modules and skins are installed

That will basically give you a new site with your existing modules and skins.

Are you sure this is not a byproduct of your session recorder?

Installation and Configuration

Not seeing any issues in router.php - double check the package has been downloaded and unzipped correctly.

Replacing special Latin characters in friendly URLs issue

Using Jamroom

That should have worked - are you creating a NEW profile? It's not going to fix one that was already created. If it still does not work, I would need to get access (FTP) to your server so I can find out why.

Hope this helps!

I don't think you can change the default view - that is being generated by the module. We can look into that for a future release.

Thanks!

Yeah we can check that out for a future release - some way to show the thread was auto-closed. For now I upped it to 90 days - might be a little less "aggressive" than 30. I've been developing online for years, and have seen many forum type systems that close old threads - I've never once thought it was weird - but maybe there is a segment of programmers who get weirded out easily :)

weird the modal/menu does repeat often but show tables only has 1 of each
i'm going to dig into phpmyadmin
see if i cant find some clues
somethings odd for sure

The the only other option is that PHP's foreach is failing - highly unlikely. You seem to have a lot of strange DB issues, and I suspect that it's something with your server.
