Kickbox doesn't have to move a profile to a quota - it can just "unsubscribe" the user.
We had another site report this with a few of their users, and there really is only 2 places in the code where the key can be changed - Michael outlined those above.
Michael's idea of it possibly being email antivirus that is somehow "following" or "loading" the unsubscribe URL (looking for malicious content) is about the only thing we think it could be (outside of Kickbox), so I think a solution for that would be to update the "unsubscribe" link so it has a button on the target page that is pushed to actually unsubscribe - that would eliminate that from being a possibility.

Sounds like the 404 listener is running before the URL mapper - I can check that out.

It's their "home" profile - i.e. the profile that was created at the same time as their user account. Every user in Jamroom has a "home profile".

That's the overview screen - click on the "modify" button to the right of the field that is saying there is an invalid checktype and take a screenshot of that, as you really should NEVER see this error.

What you're going to want to do here is setup a dev site on your server where we can work with you on getting this working - I don't feel comfortable "upgrading" you on your live site.
Do you have a dev site where you test your site changes before rolling them out live?

It sounds like you might have added the new disk space, but did you extend your filesystem to utilize the new disk space? If you do:
df -kl
when logged in via SSH does it show 8G or 16G?
