html editor widget in new Site Builder is still not able to vary the font size

The idea is that you control the size of text on your site by elements (i.e. h1, h2, p, etc.) instead of by specific font size - this then allows you to CHANGE the font-size site-wide with a simple change in your CSS. If you choose to use a specific font size in a post using the HTML editor, that font size is "stuck" at that size until you manually change it. So if you want to make ALL your site wide h1 tags be 30pt font, you could not do that if you specifically set an h1 tag to a font size in the editor.

The Followers module automatically maintains the proper profile_jrFollower_item_count for you - it's not something you want to do manually as your manual change will get overwritten any time there is a change to followers.

You not have like twitter or other social that counts followers, following etc.....

The JR followers module does not include follower counts from social networks - that information is not available via API. Sorry!

General Gallery Question
Genosis

This is really a judgement call - if a photo has a lot of people in it I will usually attach it to the Genosis profile for the person the event took place for - i.e. a birthday, etc. For others where that is not clear it's really a judgement call.

I will check out the tags setup - that sounds like a good idea.

can Genosis Badges be used without genosis core

Any chance Genesis Badges can be used without Genesis Core and have it working with JrCore to show in Elastic skin or any skin...and let say it could work where can I find the code from Genesis skin.

It's been designed to work with a Genosis profile - you might be able to customize it to work with a regular skin profile, but that's not something it supports.

Placing Titles On Images ?

So I uploaded a bunch of pictures and starting giving them titles in the title box and then when I was viewing the images in the lightbox I noticed the titles were still the same as when uploaded and not the titles I put in? is this normal?

No - it should show the title - is this in the Image Gallery module?
