New updates to Ningja skin- templates are they located in please?

Ning To Jamroom

I'd like to apply the newest (april 2016) updates from the Ningja skin to my custom skin, but because there are so many 'compare' differences between the two skins, i hardly know where to look for the new update codes so I can apply them to my custom skin.
Can the Jr Team please tell which ningja skin TEMPLATES the newest several update codes can be found in? Otherwise I'll have to search all the code in my skin in many numerous 'compares' and not sure I'd even recognize the right code. If I knew the skin templates in question, I think I can find the code myself then and apply to my custom skin.
Thanks for help with this!
Here is the changelog for the newest Ningja skin updates:

Can the Like module be tweaked to act smarter in groups?

Using Jamroom

Hi Paul. Well, it's always pretty lame when people "Like" all their own stuff- but would be especially a disaster when people discover they can ...and then they'd proceed to 'Like' 100 of their own videos all in a row...yikes- I can just envision THAT on my site's activity feed... =8-(
I would really like to stay away from allowing folks to Like their own content.

My issue is that I created almost all the site's Groups (by design and by need), the groups are for the members to use, not for my own use. ...yet I cannot Like any of my site member's content in those 50 or so groups, ....simply because i created the group. It's preventing me from giving lots of great content the visibility 'bump' they deserve - I'm running into the wall just about every day.

I view the real problem as being that the Like module sees all members' discussions in a group as being items I created. But I didn't create those items, other members did.

Any Other Templates?

Design and Skin Customization

Can you explain what you mean by "modify the corners"?

I think you can use the Site Builder to make any number of columns you like, and colors are all changeable.
I imported my site from Ning 2.0 almost a year ago. So I started with the standard jamroom Ningja skin (which I thought was somewhat unappealing but it was geared towards ex-ning users) and I began to change it to my own liking, saving it (using the 'clone skin' tool) as my custom skin with a new name. Now I have my own skin that I really like. I make changes as needed on my custom skin, but I leave a copy of the original Ningja skin intact and unchanged to apply JR updates to and then make 'compares' with my custom skin.

I imagine you too are going to want to make all the design choices on your own custom skin, and make it look just the way you want. :) You can make almost any changes you want to YOUR custom skin- you're definitely not restricted to keeping it as it looks out of the box.

Can the Like module be tweaked to act smarter in groups?

Using Jamroom

Because i am the person who has created the majority of "Groups" on my site, I keep running into a little barrier that i wonder if could be adjusted?

When I 'own' (created) a Group, and various site members create discussions in that group, the 'Like' module will not allow me to Like any of THEIR discussions because it gives me the error message that I am "not allowed to Like my own items".

I think it'd be good for the Like module to understand that those various members' discussions in my group are not 'my' items. It effects me a lot because I have created by far most of my site's groups, and also by far most of the discussions in all the groups are NOT created by me, but by other members

This change would allow me to make members more aware of some of the better group discussions on my site...it would give those discussions a boost in the Activity Timeline on the main page, without my having to concoct superficial 'bump' posts to make in those discussions just to draw attention to them.
Thanks for considering this issue!

Group Discussions exist but are "not found"

Using Jamroom

Thanks so much Paul! I can't speak for Lorna's issue, but mine seems to be fixed now.

Can you tell me please- once i apply the future updates to the Ningja skin and the Groupdiscuss module, would you recommend I do a 'compare' on my custom skin to check for and apply the ningja change, or just leave my custom skin different form Ningja in that respect?
And- will updating the groupdiscuss module then create any 'redundant' fix that might conflict with the fix you put in place today?

thanks!
