Yes, the 'source code' button in the editor, for editing the blog post.

(should mention- have not gone to the new Core beta)

Ok, I took out the literal tags... but it's still stripping out the whole 'script,/script' part, and leaving only the initial 'div/div' part. See the code above, but without the 'literals'.
This is within a blog post, in the html code.

Using Jamroom

Yes, I have all this in my Master Admin allowed html tags:
span,strong,em,a,b,u,i,p,div,br,img,h1,h2,h3,h4,pre,hr,ul,ol,li,
big,form,input,iframe,object,param,anchor,table,tbody,th,tr,
td,q,blockquote,cite,image,script

But it keeps removing everything in between the two "literal" tags.
Have done cache and integrity check twice.
?

Trying to add a java slider to a blog post...strips out code

Using Jamroom

I have (master admin owned) blogs as content blocks on my main index page.
I'm trying to add this into the blog post:
<div id="comslider_in_point_823921"></div>{literal}<script type="text/javascript">var oCOMScript823921=document.createElement('script');
oCOMScript823921.src="http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/comslider/
target/users/1447352950xa2b1470221aa399daeca6cffd78d9e61/comslider.js?timestamp=1447360143";oCOMScript823921.type=
'text/javascript';document.getElementsByTagName("head").item(0).appendChild(oCOMScript823921);
</script>{/literal}

(I put the "literal" tags in myself)
When i save, it keeps stripping out all except the initial div ID part of the code.
Can I get this to work somehow? Is it not allowed? I have all html tag permissions ON (for Master admin only). Sure wish i could insert this simple AD slider into my blog container on my main page...thanks

Announcements

soaringeagle:
omg my posts an replies finaly show up in the activity feed too

Soaring, two questions-
Is this now showing for forum posts AND group discussion posts?
And is it happening now just for you as Master admin, or for your profile admins as well?

(obviously I have not installed the new beta yet, but would love to know this)

Performance check

Dim, if your site is not gigantic, you could go with one of Jamroom's more affordable servers: https://www.jamroom.net/hosting
and let them maintain the server for you. I have about 26GB of stuff and I'm on JR's 48GB hosting plan...I almost always get a database score of over 1000, which is just fine for my site with 5000 members. Most importantly to me, I never have to do ANYTHING- it's always running great, been 6 months now. :)

I first started building my Jamroom site on Arvixe hosting...it was cheap- only $10/month, but was so HORRIBLY SLOW, with poor service. A huge headache. Thank goodness my site wasn't live yet! But even with Arvixe, my lowest score ever was 127. But i remember how frustrating it was to wait for a full minute just to go from one webpage of my site to another...I can really sympathize with what you are experiencing right now.

Some users Notification settings being reset to all OFF...?

Using Jamroom

Had those members been re-imported again, or newly imported?

Do you think perhaps they first inadvertantly clicked on a notification email's link for 'instantly unsubscribe from ALL', and then perhaps clicked the warning message to re-set back to receiving notifications again?
I'm just trying to figure out what happens from the premise of suspecting the easiest way this might accidentally happen.
