Forgot how to rename cloned skin...again

Ning To Jamroom

Ok, I finally was able to set it back to my customized Ningja skin (not the new cloned skin). Whew.
Seems I have a problem with the new cloned skin...
Michael, should I delete my Lisa1 cloned skin and try again?

Forgot how to rename cloned skin...again

Ning To Jamroom

Ackkk!!! Did this, Reloaded DT successfully, then created a new named NingjaLisa1 skin from my (customized) Ningja.... set it as active...
and now my whole site is completely SCREWED, everything I did for the past few weeks is completely gone, and I don't even have the checkbox available to reset it back to my customized Ningja skin.

HELP ! :(

I'm confused, sorry Michael.
I've already had Developer Tools for a while, it says it's installed and says it's 1.3.0. Yet my cloned skin loses any modifications anyway. ?

How to change the # comments shown?

Suggestions

Hmm...but this has me thinking- why is the default set at 500 comments showing anyway? Are there really bunches of people who would want a profile page to be 500 comments long in this day and age, on mobile friendly platforms? That default 500 setting almost guarantees that everyone will want or need to figure out how to go in and change it. It was definitely on my own list of "things to ask how to do". Shouldn't the default for things like this be something that is relatively easy to live with right off the bat, like say showing the first 30 comments before pagination? Just thinking out loud.

It 'should', right? Are you pointing the download to your same previously downloaded archive folder I assume? Is it actually working out as you had hoped, or have you not yet successfully completed the re-archive on top of the older one yet?

That worked for me- thank you!
I had a member with several hundred comments and his page went on foreverrrrrr (trying to imagine that on a smartphone...shudder). Now after my set number of comments it shows an arrow for 'next page'. :)

P.S. I'm learning?- I did the change from my server side template. Because yes.

Session Length Too Short

Using Jamroom

fwiw, I am not having that problem at all. I've been coming to this JR site on and off for weeks and have never had to log in since the first time. (mostly windows with firefox, some mac with safari)
