System Updates remain after installing

The System Core is 5.3.0.
I am still getting the problem after installing updates, they just won't go away from the system update page - marketplace/system_update.
This occurs with the Beta Channel on and with it off.

I think it could possibly be a browser problem, as the updates are not showing (after installation) in Safari on Mac iOS (iPad) but do on my Mac Pro.

Follow Me - Update Cover Image

Hello Paul,
Not made any modifications. The link points to ...profile/settings/profile_id=1
where there is no option to add a “cover image”.

Follow Me - Update Cover Image


Using Jamroom

I am unable to find any way to update the ("Cover Image") on the Follow Me skin (for profiles)?

When the "Update Cover Image" link is clicked, it simply takes the user back to their profile page and there appears to be no option available to update the cover image (the customisation tab doesn't have the option either).

What am I missing here - if anything?

We're still seeing the System updates after installing them, and integrity check.
This has occurred after installing the latest Core update.

Enable the Beta Channel in ACP -> Marketplace -> Tools -> Marketplace Channels.

I have now installed the beta 6.1.7b1

Just to add the 6.1.7b1 beta is working well - while we don't recommend running beta's on live sites, I think you could update to 6.1.7b1 and it would work great :)
How do I update to 6.1.7b1 prior to it’s release?

b1 indicates the module is a BETA module. Unless you need this urgently I would suggest waiting until it lands in the STABLE branch.

As a work-around until that is released I've changed the groups index.tpl page here:
http://regal-network.com/france/group/admin/templates

so that now it shows 20 items per page instead of ten. That should last you until the next core version comes out of beta and into stable.

Its not recommended to run the beta versions on a live site.

Is that an acceptable solution to you?

...It could be that its been fixed in a the latest version of core which hasn't been released yet. But it could also be something related to your server. Not sure.

The options become:
1.) I keep looking for why its not working on your server but is on mine. OR
2.) I help you move the site over to the other domain name.

Which would you prefer?

If the latest version can fix it, all well and good; otherwise we’ll move the site.

I only have Core v. 6.1.6. How can I update to v. 6.1.7b1, as I’m not seeing this update on our Market Place?
