We're still seeing the System updates after installing them, and integrity check.
This has occurred after installing the latest Core update.

Did the install process for each update seem to complete and result in a 'success' banner? -or did the update process just keep 'spinning'?
Did you hard-refresh your browser?
Did you leave the page, then return and try updating them again?
Also... sometimes it works better to update one at a time as opposed to using the 'update all' button.

Check what it says in the Dashboard > Activity Log about the module in question. If the update was succesfull, there is "XXX was updated from 1.1 to 1.2" or similar even if it persist in the update page.

Try doing them one by one, I have seen this behaviour before, but could never see a pattern, and found this to work.

I think it could possibly be a browser problem, as the updates are not showing (after installation) in Safari on Mac iOS (iPad) but do on my Mac Pro.

The System Core is 5.3.0.
I am still getting the problem after installing updates, they just won't go away from the system update page - marketplace/system_update.
This occurs with the Beta Channel on and with it off.

1) Update the module
2) run an integrity check and reset caches
