How to remove links from profile_menu.tpl

Using Jamroom

Debug returns
{$profile_quota_id}	"2"

I also tried adding the code like you show it here
{jrProfile_menu template="profile_menu.tpl"  profile_quota_id={$profile_quota_id} profile_url="$profile_url" exclude_modules="jrPage,jrYouTube,jrVimeo" }

How to remove links from profile_menu.tpl

Using Jamroom

Thanks UJ- was hoping you would see this
My sole reason for this is to remove the YouTube/Vimeo links from the profile_menu.tpl which is where i am editing... I have tried adding this to the current code in there- AND i have tried using this to RREPLACE the current code in there

The debug shows something like "profile_quota-id=>2"....not sure how to add that to this code?

How to remove links from profile_menu.tpl

Using Jamroom

I am trying to remove a few links for profile_menu.tpl and keep getting this error message
error message= jrProfile_menu: valid profile_quota_id parameter required

Here is one of several pieces of code I have tried
{jrProfile_menu template="profile_menu.tpl" profile_url="$purl" profile_quota_id="$profile_quota_id" exclude_modules ="jrPage,jrVimeo,jrYouTube"}
I have watched a video on the debug tool- and read all the docs several times- still I do not understand what I am doing wrong here
I have entered several different pieces of code for profile_quota-id but nothing works for me
Until tonight I thought I understood quotas...but now I am not sure?

Here is another example of what I have tried
{jrProfile_menu template="profile_menu.tpl"  profile_quota_id="$profile_quota_id" profile_url="$profile_url" exclude_modules="jrPage,jrYouTube,jrVimeo" }

Can someone who has made this work on their site tell me what I am not understanding?
Thank you

Using Jamroom

Yeah it's really not this difficult
You create a page and the tools to make it are in tabs on the bottom left of the blank page in3 big tabs
These are the site builder tools
Sorry I could not be more / better help

You will need to be logged in to see it...
I am looking at your skin and trying to remember...
I dont think you have the gear icon in this...I think there is a drop down in the ACP in the header that says something like "Menu Editor"...check and see if thats the case...if so click it then create a page using it called TEST

No-I think you have it correct ( I just checked) Now in the header- click on that gear icon- it will open the menu- add an item here ( maybe call it test) then save it...exit out- go back to the header and click on TEST you just created...when that page opens you should see 3 large tabs down in the bottom left corner of your monitor- these are the tabs that are "Site Builder"
Please check and see if you have them after adding a page
( I think some of the JR default pages dont use site builder so you have to "create the pages to use it on...but Im just going from memory...)
