Profile character field name limit needed


Using Jamroom

When viewing the User Profiles - Data Browser if you have a member who uses too many letters in their username the view on the admin screen will break and any options to the right of the screen will be cut off and will not be accessible.

We either need a character field limit or a way to widen/scroll the admin screen to see all of the options.

Group Member count incorrect

I almost seem to remember some pruning feature that I had to turn off in JR4? I wonder if that is still around in JR5? I may need to check on that too...

Approving New members process


Suggestions

I experience the same thing using the admin approval process. We check the details and make any necessary adjustments and then save the information and then approve them. But even though their profile has been approved we still have to remember to go to the dashboard and activate them in the user list. It does seem a bit redundant. Are you using the flashback skin? I'm wondering if that is what causes the need for the extra step? I haven't seen many others here speak of the issue.

Thanks @paul I had already done that. What I'm really confused about is that I don't see any email options for one of the domains. I'm still thinking that I have to do something at mailgun on the domain they keep returning the mail from because they claim the domain is unverified and requires DNS configuration. That almost sounds like I may have to go to my domain registrar and change some settings?

@brian On the email issue. There is a mail log for one of the domains but not for the other. (What was really odd is that the mail log on the first account is shown as being imported from the second one.) I can only assume something to do with me importing the one site into the other?



I also found a lot of undelivered mail in my spam folder from mailgun that says my domain is unverified and requires DNS configuration... So this sounds like something I need to do at mailgun? Or it something I can do from JR?


When you said above ( It is - all you need to do is enter your Mailgun API key. ) WHERE do I enter that API key?
