Once you've changed the default language in the users account, you'll want to clear your browser cookies for your website.

After you've changed the default language, all new users will see the default language, others will have to clear their browser cookies for your site as well.

So is this working for you or are you referring to the ad fields that look like they are missing from your skin settings?

If you are going to use Google ads, the other two fields are not needed.

You'll want to use your publisher ID and make sure you've checked the "Use Google Ads" checkbox in your skins settings and reset your cache after saving the changes....

ACP > System Tools > Reset Cache

I just tested this on my dev site and I'm not seeing any issues.
